Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package £25K-£27K basic salary + uncapped commission + incentives (OTE £35K Year 1, £50K Year 2, £70K Year 3)

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
