An excellent opportunity has opened for a Graduate Town Planner to join a team of Town Planning and Development Management consultants based in the Bedford area.
My client has been in the industry for 20 years and is made up of a team of Town Planners and work all across the South East and London region.
Working on a wide range of sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Minerals within the public and private sectors.
Your role as a Graduate Town Planner will consist of the following:-
- Working on applications and appeals
- Working on development appraisals within land and property
- Site promotions
- Full knowledge about the development plan process
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have completed or soon to be completing an MSc in the Town Planning sector and who are looking for their first step into the field.
