Job Vacancy: Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA/SEN TA)

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting young minds? TimePlan Education is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Graduate Teaching Assistants (TAs/SEN TAs). This role offers an exciting opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience in education, including those who are aspiring teachers and psychologists, and other related fields!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • General classroom support or one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), fostering their academic and personal development.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCOs.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate by September 2024.
  • Experience working with young people and/or SEN is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Passionate and motivated individuals who are committed to making a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Full UK Right to Work.
  • DBS on the update service, or willing to get one.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, with rates ranging from £85 to £95+ per day.
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM.
