Tradewind is currently seeking a committed Graduate Teaching Assistant for secondary schools in Wilmslow!

Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Wilmslow

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Pay: £85 - £95 per day

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students at KS3, KS4, and those with special educational needs (SEN), empowering them to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering personalised one-to-one support to address individual learning needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver small group instruction and effective learning strategies
  • Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting students' emotional and social development

Requirements:

  • Child-based work experience, Teaching Assistant experience is desirable
  • Experience supporting students with SEND
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to supporting student development and well-being
  • Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and Professional references checks
  • Full CV history with all employment and education included
