A secondary school in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a motivated and empathetic graduate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils aged 11-16 and to help raise their social, emotional, and academic attainment levels.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will need to be able to employ restorative and empathetic approaches to work with students. You will play an integral role in helping students to achieve their full potential.

You will have the chance to make a positive impact on students' lives and gain valuable experience in your field.

We are seeking a graduate who is passionate about working with students on a 1:1 and in small groups, has excellent communication skills, and can work well as part of a team.
