Tradewind Recruitment is collaborating with a secondary school situated in the borough of Hillingdon, currently on the lookout for graduate's keen on embarking on a career as Teaching Assistants. This opportunity commences in May 2024, with a strong likelihood of extension into September 2024.

This esteemed school nestled in the heart of Hillingdon is in search of Teaching Assistants to bolster their department, aiding both teachers and students within the classroom setting. The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate with excellent communication skills, dedication, strong role-modeling abilities, and a passion for fostering relationships with students.

Responsibilities of the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:

The role entails supporting the class teacher and students during lessons, 1:1 session, intervention groups, and collaborating with other departments. Lessons will cater to all year groups, including Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and while a desire to work with Key Stage 5 is preferable, it is not essential.

Qualifications Required for the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:

Possession of a Degree qualification

Good GCSE Grades

Availability to work from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
