Are you a Graduate Structural Engineer seeking a progressive role with a well-established and market-leading multi-discipline consultancy, known nationwide for providing specialist engineering, design and surveying expertise to the construction industry, benefitting from extensive training and mentorship, with uncapped progression available to Director level?

The company cover multiple sectors including commercial, R&D, energy and residential, delivering solutions on all aspects of civil and structural engineering, building surveying, transport engineering and geomatics. With continued growth and expansion an opportunity arises for a new Civil Engineer to join the team, responsible for conducting site appraisals, pre-application planning advice and preparing detailed design information for Tender and Construction.

This role will see you learning on the job with dedicated, skilled and well versed experts that will assist you in the development within your structural engineering career. These skills will allow you to effectively carry out structural designs in multiple materials, attend meetings with clients, architects and contractors. All while promoting sustainability and environmental solutions.

THE ROLE:
* Working on a variety of structural projects
* Office based (Hybrid available after 3 month probation)
* Assisting with designs, liaising with customers, and performing calculations
* Full training given through shadowing
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 (Core hours are 9.30-12 & 14:00-16:00)

THE PERSON:
* Degree in Structural Engineering
* Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
