Graduate Rural Surveyor

Graduate Surveyor- Bourton on the Water- £25-30,000 Salary.

Our client seeks a Graduate Rural Surveyor for their offices in the Cotswolds.

Job description:

The principal role is that of a Rural professional with the work including valuations, landlord and tenant matters, land sales and farm management aspects. A keen interest on grants would be welcomed. The position will be varied in job nature and in line with the current workloads of the department, but as the role develops it will allow the candidate to specialise to develop their particular skills and preferences. Other aspects where involvement will be required is in our agricultural auctions where they are the leaders in the country, Collective Machinery Sales and on occasions the Fine Art sales.

Skills required:

With a good agricultural knowledge you will be self-motivated, flexible and able to use your initiative. You will be able to work unsupervised but be a flexible team player where everyone pulls together at busy times. We expect you to be a confident communicator with our farming clients. It goes without saying that you are expected to be presentable at all times, IT literate and have a full driving licence.
