We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a business degree to join our team as a Planner. As a Planner, you will play a vital role in the coordinating and planning of engineers, working towards deadlines and prioritising workload.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling responsive and planned appointments for field-based operatives across the business - utilising multiple works management systems
• Liaising with, and directing, field-based operatives
• Understanding response times and SLAs
• Identifying and escalating early warnings for risk to response times
• Understanding the difference between planned and responsive works
