An exciting role has arisen for an enthusiastic graduate level candidate to join an innovative and collaborative business based just outside Birmingham City Centre. This is a full time, permanent position which is mainly office based (parking on site) offering 25k a year with opportunities for bonuses throughout!

This role is a Business Development role where you will be client facing by achieving sales for both new and existing clients through a consultative approach.

The responsibilities would include:

  • Development and management of sales plan
  • Achieving sales targets and KPI’s
  • Self-generation of leads through different sources
  • Communication through internal and external stakeholders
  • Prospecting and managing sales processes through telephone, email and online platforms
  • Attending sales meetings, company training programmes and events
  • Preparing reports and forecasts

It is ideal for you to have commercial awareness or experience in a sales role. You will need to be motivated, target driven and forward thinking for this sociable and collaborative business!
