• Learning the step by step process to source candidates for opportunities in housing & builing
• Managing jobs and applicants
• Writing job adverts and headhunting niche candidates
• Being creative with your advertising and marketing!
• Selling and negotiating
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Closing deals and earning commission

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Graduate - Recruitment - Requirements:

• MUST have 2:1 above from a TOP University
• STRONG A-levels
• At least TWO other ACHIEVEMENTS - Languages, Sports, Music/Instruments, Placement Year etc.
• SALES experience is helpful
• Credible
