Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £23,500 basic salary + uncapped commission. Expected earnings £35K Year 1, £50K Year 2, £70K Year 3

About You & The Role:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious graduates who are looking to earn great money and progress their career quickly. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting candidates within the real estate sector. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring the best possible match for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
