Package: £25K - £30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £70K OTE Year 3

The Role:

• Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
• Researching your market
• Account management
• Interviewing candidates
• Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
• Calling prospective candidates and clients
• Building a personal brand in your chosen market
• Attending networking events
• Closing new business

The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 9 months sales experience
• Confident and outgoing
• Ambitious
• Financially and success driven
• Great communication skills
• Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
