Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant -

Location - Reading

Package - £20K - £22K basic plus commission - Year 1 OTE - £50K

The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.

Initially a 180 role, with potential to progress into account management once sound knowledge of the market has been established.

Identify business development opportunities daily.

Build a strong network of candidates and clients.

The Requirements:

2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience

Financially motivated

Great communication skills
