Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £24-26K Basic (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission - FAST PROGRESSION

Year 1 - £35 OTE Year 2 - £45K OTE Year 3 - £60K OTE Year 4 - £80K OTE

After a hugely successful history the company is now entering their next stage of growth and looking to add ambitious Recruitment Consultants to their award-winning team.

Your day to day -

• Researching your market
• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Account Management
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Networking
• Negotiating
• Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
• Calling candidates and clients
• Building a personal brand in your market
• Attending networking events
