Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £23K-26K Basic Salary - £45K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 2 and £75K Year 3

Role responsibilities:

• Account management
• Conducting pre-screening calls with candidates
• Client meetings and lunches
• Arranging interviews on behalf of clients

The Requirements:

• 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience or 6+ months recruitment experience
• Strong work ethic
• A financially motivated individual
• Personable
