Package - £23K - £25K basic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE, Year 3 OTE £65K OTE)

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

This is a great opportunity to work with an established Recruitment agency, who specialise in Cyber, Martech, Bigdata, Fintech and Analytics. With a fantastic company structure, their leadership team collectively have decades of experience in the industry and are committed to taking people with the right traits and values and turning them into world class head-hunters.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Sourcing international sales talent that matches our clients' briefs
• Personalising outreach to each candidate through Inmail, email, video and calls
• Updating clients on hiring projects
• Managing candidates through interview processes
• Delivering job offers to candidates
• Strategic and consultative approach NOT phone bashing

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Benefits:

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
• You will know exactly what you want to achieve and where you want to go next with a clear road map of personal and career goals
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution focused attitude
• Motivated to hit KPIs
• Be able to collaborate well within a team
