Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in quantity surveying or a related field to kick-start their career. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced quantity surveyors and other professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will help with construction cost assistant and support various aspects of the construction project lifecycle, from estimation to completion. You will assist in preparing and analysing cost estimates, tender documents, and contract variations, as well as procuring and valuing materials, equipment, and services. You will also help in monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying and managing project risks, and maintaining positive client relations. You will keep accurate and compliant project documentation and seek to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.
 
Qualifications:
You are a qualified construction cost professional with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You have strong skills in analysing and interpreting technical information, as well as communicating and collaborating with others. You are proficient in using various software tools to support your work. You are proactive and adaptable, always striving to deliver high-quality results. You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
