Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Location: Manchester

Salary: £25,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience) + benefits

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for Quantity Surveying and a keen eye for detail? Look no further! My client’s dynamic team is seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join them in Manchester and embark on an exciting journey in the construction industry.

Your Role: As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency throughout the construction process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough cost analysis and preparing estimates
  • Procuring materials and services within budget constraints
  • Collaborating with project teams to monitor and control costs
  • Performing site visits around the Northwest region, ensuring adherence to project specifications
  • Utilizing your expertise in dry lining to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying is essential
  • Strong knowledge and experience in dry lining
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to travel for site visits as required
