We are working with a leading AI-enabled marketplace for on-demand manufacturing with their Graduate Quality Control Engineer opportunity. The client are have capabilities, including CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Moulding, Sheet Forming, Sheet Cutting and Casting
As a Graduate QC you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality and efficiency. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to start your career in the manufacturing industry, focusing on quality control and warehouse management. You'll be directly contributing to operations, ensuring the high-quality standard of incoming and outgoing goods, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control inspections of technical manufactured parts, adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
- Manage acceptance and unpacking of incoming goods, along with the secure packaging of shipments for transport.
- Organize and maintain inventory within our warehouse facility.
- Order and manage packing materials to ensure operational efficiency.
- Uphold workplace safety and orderliness in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control and warehouse processes.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering from a reputable university, demonstrating an understanding of technical drawings and measurement tools.
- Proficiency in IT, especially Excel and data analysis tools, to support quality assessments and reporting
- Highly organised and attentive to detail
- Highly motivated, target driven and be able to work independently or as part of a team
