Graduate Project Manager
Job Location: Gloucester
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

Job Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Project Manager to join our client in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in project management and make a valuable contribution to the company.

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting senior project managers in planning, organizing, and directing project activities.
  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring all deliverables are met within deadlines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Identifying and managing risks to ensure project success.
  • Producing project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field -  Engineering or Project Management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
