Are you a Graduate from a Construction or Civil background looking to kickstart your career in an exciting project management role for a close-knit and family feel company, who will invest heavily into your development by offering training courses, chartership, and clear routes to progress to a fully qualified Project Manager?

In this primarily office based role you will learn from shadowing an experience Surveyor, assisting with project documentation and tendering, then once up to speed you will have the opportunity to visit clients and contractors on site to review progress and assess issues. Due to this, some flexibility in working hours may be needed.

Founded in the 1970's, this Construction Project Management company work across the UK and Ireland in a range of commercial and residential settings, including education, healthcare, and marine. They pride themselves on their excellent staff retention rates due to investing in their employees, and ensure their involvement in local community projects.

This role would suit a Graduate looking to kickstart their career within construction, with extensive training and development plans allowing them to become a fully chartered Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager.

The Role:

• Working closely with Surveyors to assist with projects with full training
• Visiting client sites to review progress and resolve issues
• Responsible for handling projects within the first year
• Office based, with site visits across the UK
• Monday to Thursday 8:45 - 5:15pm, Friday finish at 4:15pm, some flexibility needed

The Person:

• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or similar
• Full UK driver's license
• Looking for a role within Project Management
