Our client is a leading Real Estate organisation. They are now looking for graduates to join their 18-month development program and progress into professional and leadership roles with the organisation.

The Graduate Programme offers exposure across the core parts of the business. If you're an ambitious, commercially astute graduate, then you're an excellent candidate - one that we'd look at to drive the business forward on its exciting journey.

Below are the areas that you will be involved in as part of the Graduate Programme:

  • Cost & Commercial
  • Civil Engineering
  • Development Management
  • Highways, Environment & Transition
  • Structural Engineering
  • Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

You need:

  • Educated to degree level in one of the following subjects:
  • Geography / Environmental Sciences
  • Civil Engineering
  • Structural Engineering
  • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
  • Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
  • Project/Construction Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to progress
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
