Graduate Opportunity - Credit Controller

The Role

The Credit Control role is a busy one. Your role is to make contact with large customers whose invoices are overdue for payment and resolve any queries that are preventing payment from being made. This contact is mainly made on email, though there will also be times that calling may be the best way to contact your customers.

What are we looking for?

Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written are essential.
A back ground in Customer Service would suit this role, though is not essential.
Some office-based experience.
Your attitude is everything. This company is willing to invest in you and you should be a hard-working and passionate individual.
This is a busy role, you should be able to work under pressure.
This role sits in a team of Credit Controllers, you should be happy amongst others and to be office based all week.
Good problem solving skills would help you in this role.
