Job Title: Graduate Opportunities - Qualifications Executives
Location: On-site in Doncaster with Hybrid working potential after a designated period

Role Overview of the Graduate Qualifications Executives

Working within the dynamic Qualifications and Research and Development team, you will be an integral part of a collaborative environment, closely interacting with seasoned professionals in the field. Your role will involve a diverse range of tasks aimed at ensuring the quality and effectiveness of qualifications and assessment.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

• Drafting Specifications and Assessments: You will be responsible for meticulously crafting specifications and assessments based on established guidelines and industry standards. This involves carefully analysing requirements and translating them into clear and concise documentation.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts: In close partnership with subject matter experts you will gather insights, expertise, and input to inform the development of frameworks and templates for qualification and assessment criteria. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders will be crucial in refining and enhancing our offerings.
• Developing Frameworks/Templates: Leveraging your analytical skills and understanding of educational standards, you will contribute to the creation of robust frameworks and templates for qualification and assessment criteria. This involves synthesizing complex information into user-friendly formats that facilitate learning and evaluation.
• Addressing Queries from Internal Stakeholders: As a key point of contact within the team, you will field inquiries and address concerns from various internal stakeholders, including subject specialists, customer services, and management. Your prompt and effective responses will help ensure smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintaining Qualifications and Updating Criteria: Continuous improvement is at the core of what they do. You will play a vital role in maintaining the relevance and currency of our qualifications by monitoring industry trends, gathering feedback, and proactively updating criteria as needed. This may involve making adjustments, revisions, or enhancements to existing qualifications to align with evolving standards and requirements.
In summary, your role as a member of the Qualifications and Research and Development team will encompass a blend of analytical, collaborative, and communicative tasks aimed at driving excellence and innovation in the qualification offerings. Your contributions will directly impact the success and reputation of our organization in the ever-evolving landscape of education and professional development.

Key Requirements:
• Ideally be of Graduate calibre with strong English and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in Research and Development and Project Support
• Knowledge and background in Qualifications/Assessment development is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to comprehend different stages of the process
• Inquisitive mindset and ability to ask probing questions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AI is advantageous
• Background in proofreading, bid support, or project administration is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
