Role -Graduate Maintenance Engineer
Location: Swindon
Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000 D.O.E
Term - Permanent

Job Description: Premier Group is currently seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Swindon. As a Graduate Maintenance Engineer, you will contribute to the smooth operation and maintenance of our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and reliable performance to meet production targets.

Key Skills Required:
  • Engineering - Mechanical and Electrical knowledge would be beneficial 
  • Apprenticeship Qualification or similar
  • 1-2 Years Experience as a Maintenance Engineer
  • Great Communication Skill 
  • Works well in a team 
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong technical background and have a passion for problem-solving. As a Graduate Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving equipment-related issues and implementing preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our experienced engineering team and receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop their skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in a dynamic and innovative engineering environment.
