Graduate Geotechnical Engineer (Glasgow)

Are you a recent university graduate? Looking for your first position in the engineering geology industry? This is an exciting opportunity for a recent geology, environmental science, geotechnical engineering or geography graduate seeking industry leading training in an interactive and hands on role across Scotland. The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer selected will be offered:

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer you'll be working on a variety of ground investigation projects both on site and in the office, receiving expert training in the process. You'll be overseeing ground investigations, borehole logging and coring, factual report writing, complying with health and safety practices and liaising with team members.

To be considered for this Graduate Geotechnical Engineer position you should:

  • Have a degree in a relevant subject, for example geology, geotechnical engineering, geography or civil engineering.
  • Have a keenness to develop skills and work in all environments outdoors.
  • Live commutable to Glasgow.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (travelling to site will be essential).
  • Have a full right to work in the UK.
