Investment
Identifying and delivering candidates who directly generate revenue or develop new strategies. Buy-side investment refers to the process of investing money on behalf of individuals, institutions, or companies in financial assets such as stocks, bonds, real estate, and other securities. The primary objective of buy-side investment is to make profitable decisions that will increase the value of the investment portfolio over time. Buy-side investors are the ones who "buy" these assets with the intention of holding them for the long term, as opposed to selling them quickly for short-term gains. They typically include entities like mutual funds, pension funds, hedge funds, insurance companies, and even individual investors. .

Non-Investment
This area focuses on identifying and delivering candidates who directly manage the operational, legal, compliance and finance processes to provide the most robust infrastructure for their buy-side clients rather than candidates who are actually generating revenue.

  • Demonstrable evidence of high achievement in a pursuit of any kind
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and willing to work hard to succeed
  • Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
