Trainee Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

Salary

Circa £24,000

The role is predominantly Estimating (QS side of the role will grow over time) and attention to detail and analytical qualities would help. The role is office based, occasional travel to site/ meetings (mileage paid where applicable).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Attend site visits when required

• Attendance to settlement meetings to discuss and explain the estimate and attend post-tender commercial meetings with the client

• Production of project related costs

• Produce BOQ's and estimates for work packages

• Liasing with sub contractors and clients
