In this role the successful Graduate Electrical Design Engineer will be involved on designing the circuits, layouts and PLC equipment of MCC Panels. You will be fault finding, conducting electrical tests and making modifications to the hardware on site.

The ideal Graduate Electrical Design Engineer will be able primarily office based but will sometimes have to visit site to make modifications. You will be able to work overtime which is paid at a 1.25x in the week and 1.5x on the weekend.

The Role

• Designing MCC Panels
• Training on EPLAN and Amtech provided
• Producing I/O configuration and I/O lists
• Work in a team of 6
• Designing cable routes, calculate containment size and update building layout drawings

The Person

• Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or C&G Level 3, NVQ 3 & requirements for electrical installations or equivalent
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel or other drawing packages
• Full UK Driving license
