Are you fluent in both English and Spanish (native level)? Enjoy creating content? Fancy a bit of international travel?
The job is to support the e-learning project at the Crew Training and Engagement department.
You will be developing high-quality e-learning content materials and communications (for example courses and demonstrations).
The business is a rapidly growing company in the Aviation industry with a small, internationally spread, team of specialist retailers. Your materials will be used to train airline staff.
There will be some design work, mainly using PowerPoint, Articulate and Canva.
And you’ll be using gamification features, such as fun, play, and competitive elements, and applying these to real-world situations
You will be using your storytelling skills to create a great user experience across various mediums, including mobile, online, and video. There will also be some social media work.
They are a non-hierarchical, hands on, team with a mission to provide the best total retail solutions for airlines. It can be a fast-paced, changing environment as new contracts are won and new clients brought on board.
The contract is initially 9 months to a year (to cover for maternity), but could be extended or made permanent, depending on how it goes.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Your degree should be something like English, Marketing, or HR / Learning and Development.
Your writing, proofreading, and editing skills will need to be good.
And you will need to have very strong (native or business level) written and spoken English and Spanish language skills (European or South American- there are clients in both).
WHERE YOU’LL BE DOING IT
You can work from home. And there will be some international travel to support crew training and customer presentations.
