Our client is a well-respected, dynamic orthopaedics company that is growing year after year. They’re specialists in the upper and lower extremities and are focused on providing innovative products that are the very best for everyone in the healthcare market, from surgeons to patients.

The role
As a Graduate Clinical Specialist, you will become an expert in our client’s product portfolio and provide best-in-class training to theatre staff across South Yorkshire including, Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster up to Leeds and across to Hull. You will be responsible for covering cases, regularly visiting surgeries, and conducting observations as well as meeting the needs of the hospital under the guidance of your team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include…

  • Day-to-day account management of the hospitals in your assigned area
  • Advising on the application of our client’s product portfolio
  • Providing guidance to assist with clinical decisions
  • Achieving all KPIs as set by the line manager
  • Training theatre staff and new employees
  • Conducting inventory management and audits
  • Keeping up-to-date CRM records
  • Sales Support and lead sharing with Area Sales Managers


The requirements
You will be an approachable and energetic individual, as well as:

  • Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology
  • Good time management skills
  • Sound understanding of orthopaedic principles
  • A proactive communicator who is willing to provide an engaging customer experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • Aptitude for self-directed learning


This role is a field-based role covering South Yorkshire & surrounding areas. This is not a 9-5 position, so flexibility with hours is also required due to the nature of the products.
