A cutting-edge multidisciplinary consultancy is currently looking for an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

The Graduate Building Surveyor's role

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will become a key member of a dedicated team, comprising 8 seasoned surveyors. This position presents a unique chance to engage with a varied client base across commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.

The role is structured to equip you with an extensive understanding of Building Surveying, fostering the development of a comprehensive skill set.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • A strong desire to progress and achieve RICS accreditation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for the building surveying profession.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
