Graduate Building Surveyor
An award-winning Construction Consultancy based in Central London, are seeking an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor.
The Graduate Building Surveyor's role
As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you will gain full experience across all traditional Building Surveying services both professional and project, working specifically on two key client accounts - a Social care account, both children and adults and a listed buildings account, working on schemes in castles and city dowls.
The Graduate Building Surveyor will receive exceptional APC support, with APC assessor's as your managers and one of the highest pass rates in the country.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying (RICS accredited ideally)
- 6+ months consultancy experience (Beneficial, but not necessary)
- A confident communicator - Both written and verbal
- Ambitious, dedicated and excellent time management
