Graduate Building Surveyor
Our client is a leading regional chartered surveyor, they offer a full spectrum of skills in all areas of property, from all aspects of general practice and building surveying, right through to the management of commercial and residential property. Specialist areas include dispute resolution, development consultancy, valuation, lease consultancy, business rates negotiation, amongst others.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join the team covering minor works, contract admin, design and specification, surveys, and project monitoring.
You would be working alongside several specialist surveyors in areas such as construction management, building surveys, party wall, defect analysis, and dilapidations. They have worked on a variety of building types from Scheduled Ancient Monuments, the Plymouth Breakwater, Drakes Island, development of industrial estates, new build offices and housing developments, as well as undertaking party wall appointments, dilapidation instructions, planned maintenance surveys within the general range of services provided by a building surveyor.
For this role candidates must have a Building Surveying RICS accredited degree. You will receive full APC support is provided including payment of all RICS fees. They offer a structured training programme, dedicated in house Training Manager and Assessors, with experienced Counsellors and Supervisors across all offices. This role is a 2 year fixed contract, with potential extension when qualified
