Graduate Building Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West. Based from our clients' Plymouth or Exeter office, the majority of work will be in the surrounding area. Our client carry out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West.

The Graduate Building Surveyor will be completing a range of duties, focusing on commercial building surveying, including dilapidations, party wall work, traditional surveys and neighbourly matters to name just a few.

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits

• Salary- Year 1: £25k, Year 2; £27k, Year 3: £29k

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Overview

• Working for a well-respected Property Consultancy based from their Plymouth OR Exeter office
• Completing a range of building surveying duties including dilapidations, party wall work, traditional surveys, neighbourly matters, contract administration, project work

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• Hold a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar
• Based within commuting distance of Plymouth or Exeter
• Must be seeking a long term role
• Candidates that are serious about relocating will be considered but you must have ties to the area or a specific reason
• Full driving licence (or close to gaining one)
