Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor - opportunity with one of the most well established private practices in Birmingham. This is a privately owned, owner managed Construction Consultancy that can boast several decades of experience in professional practice. Over this time they have evolved into a highly dynamic multi-disciplinary construction consultancy offering both Building Consultancy as well as Project Management and Quantity Surveying services and maintained an excellent client base with repeat business still a high factor in their workload.

As this has recently grown they are now looking for a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office. They have a broad range of work in areas such as dilapidations, party wall and defect analysis, for example, as well as project management, contract admin, writing specifications and schedules of work. We would anticipate the successful candidate to hold a good, recent degree in Building Surveying with at least a year's experience in Building Surveying either completed as a placement year as an undergraduate, or in a graduate role after completion of your degree.
