Graduate Assistant Accountant - 6 Month FTC / Liverpool / up to £23,000 / Great exposure in reputable business / Market-leader!

The ideal candidate will be incquisitive and keen to build on thier studies or prior experience. Ideally, your degree will be in Accountancy and Finance or a related subject (Maths, Economics, Business).

Job Details:

• Salary - up to £23,000
• Hours - 35 hours per week - Hybrid working (really flexible)
• Holidays - 25 days plus BHs

Location: Liverpool - parking on site

Job Duties

• Prepare a range of journals for month end accruals and prepayments
• Bank Reconciliations
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Support the Financial Reporting team in the delivery of all external audits
• Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Produce management reports to provide insightful analysis
• Develop reporting system, provide automated reports

Person Specification

• Excellent excel skills
• Graduate of related degree
• Good Communication skills to speaking to the wider team
• Eye for detail

Who will I report in to?

This role will report into the Financial Controller
