Job Title: Goods In / Dispatch Operative

Location - Leigh-On-Sea

Hours: Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 -15:30

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Job Requirements:

• Receiving parcels/deliveries
• Check delivery quantity against delivery note and sign off relevant delivery documents
• Identifying and recording serial numbers to identify parts in a maintenance cycle.
• Raising and highlighting any variance between orders and deliveries
• Liaison with Customer Support Team on incoming orders
• Accurate and timely completion of internal product documentation
• Maintain yard and department tidiness
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded.
• Liaise with customer to arrange collection times
• Arranging / booking deliveries and collections
• Performs job duties on various shifts in response to customer needs.

• Numerate and Literate
• Computer literate

• Counterbalance forklift desirable/not essential

• Attention to detail with a willingness to learn and good numeric skills.
• Ability to multitask and work to KPIs.
• Heavy lifting
• Full driving license essential
