Global Revenue Manager

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Vast experience in Billing Management and/or WIP Management
• Proficiency in Billing & WIP processes, reporting, and risk management, with a solid understanding of global commercial dynamics and client expectations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a knack for motivating and mentoring teams to exceed targets.
• Proactive and self-motivated, you thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt seamlessly to evolving priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with impeccable attention to detail and analytical prowess, especially in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with 3E practice management system or similar platforms, along with previous exposure to SRA regulations.

You hold responsibility for:

• Engaging proactively with key stakeholders to align financial objectives and enhance client service.
• Overseeing the firm's global Work-In-Progress portfolio, ensuring timely billing and minimising unbillable hours.
• Championing efficiency enhancements and client-centric improvements across processes and systems.
• Providing actionable insights to senior leadership through data-driven reports and forecasts.
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, in line with both individual and team goals.
