Do you have experience processing international payroll? Our client is needing your support! The successful candidate will be confident using payroll systems and Excel spreadsheets to handle payroll data across EMEA.

Job Title: Global Payroll Clerk

Fixed Term Contract: 12 months

Salary: Circa £40,000

Location: Reading

Responsibilities:

  • Calculating and collating payroll information to input into payroll database and Excel spreadsheets
  • Verifying payslips and gross net reports
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders within HR & Finance
  • Preparing payroll journals for posting to SAP
  • Performing filing duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous payroll or accounting experience
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
