A globally operating listed high level technology & manufacturing group is currently recruiting for an Global Mobility Tax and Reward Manager on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

As the Global Mobility Manager you will support the businesses UK sites where you will be managing UK outbound/inbound assignments, as well as employment tax advice for benefits across the UK, and payroll reporting support to business units from a Tax and NIC perspective.

In brief, responsibilities in this job will include:
  • Provide mobility and tax related expertise and advisory support to UK sites
  • Ensure compliance with relevant UK Legislation regarding various Employment Tax matters
  • Seek to continually improve the Global Mobility function
  • Advise HR teams on immigration, tax and social security regulations
  • Oversee monthly payroll instructions relating to mobile employees
  • Advisory support for matters such as employment tax, PAYE and National Insurance
  • Due diligences reviews on tax, immigration and social security
  • Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels

Our client is seeking a qualified (ATT, CTA, ACA) Global Mobility Tax Manager who may join straight from Accounting Practice, or already have in-house experience (or a mix of both!).

Benefits include: 25 days holiday + bank holiday, flexible working (3 days in, 2 days home), bonus scheme (c.10%), access to the benefits programme, and they have free on site parking on location.
