Due to movement within the organisation, our client, a medium sized organisation operating across 30 offices in 10 countries around the globe, are looking to appoint a Global Head of Talent & Culture. This is a 6 month FTC role whilst the business re-shapes, but could lead into a longer term permanent opportunity in the future.

Leading the newly formed Talent function which leads the Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Reward specialisms, you will manage a team of seven. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company talent management strategy aligned with the organisation's overall business goals and objectives. Alongside this you will enable global change projects and support organisation design and development activities relating to these projects.

A key focus for the 6 months will be around the Learning Development space, leading the L&D team to craft and implement training and development programs, establishing and overseeing robust workforce and succession planning processes and implementing a robust performance management system.

Key Skills:

• CIPD qualified or equivalent work experience.

• Proven strategic leadership and decision-making experience.

• Expertise in organisational development, change and project management.

• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team in a senior-level HR / Talent role.

• Proven broad HR experience with a solid track record of success in developing and implementing talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement and reward strategies.

• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Experience of delivering on a range of talent initiatives across a multi-site, global group is desirable.

• Familiar with a variety of talent related technologies e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Platform and HRIS.
