Location: Manchester, Hybrid Basis

Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a meticulous and German-speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Manchester and will offer a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and occasionally input invoices while analyzing invoices for appropriate validation.
• Ensure compliance with German VAT regulations and accounting principles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accounts payable transactions.

What We're Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Previous experience within accounts payable is advantageous.
• An accounting degree/qualification is beneficial.
• Familiarity with German VAT regulations and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
