Language Recruitment Service (LRS) is seeking a proactive bilingual Client Relationship Manager to join our rapidly expanding international team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving industry and play a key role in our company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to clients, providing insights on product range and upcoming releases.
• Support existing retailer and shop owners, fostering long-term relationships.
• Implement up/cross-selling strategies when opportunities arise.
• Ensure optimal stock levels to maximize business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address clients' queries or concerns (order management, accounting, quality, production).

Profile:

• Business-level proficiency in English and fluency in German.
• Proven experience in outbound calls with excellent telephone manners.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and achieve targets.
• Consultative approach with excellent negotiation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

We will consider candidate with a background in B-to-B client service or wholesale customer service, account management, retail sales, inside sales, client relationship management, telemarketing, or telesales.
