German Payroll Specialist - £70,000 + Bonus - West End London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a German Payroll Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis.

This role is requiring and individual with German Language and German payroll exposure.

The Role:

• Manage monthly payrolls for Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all EMEA and United Kingdom payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with external payroll partners to understand local policies and specific salary proration, time off accruals, and maternity calculations.
• Handle United Kingdom pension plan deductions (including auto-enrollments, Opt-ins and Opt-outs, and employer pension contributions) in the company's system.
• Ensure the accuracy of all public and private health insurance documents from employees in Germany.
• Consult with payroll bureaus and HR to ensure compliance with current payroll legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
• Adhere to GDPR regulations and maintain strict payroll confidentiality.
• Process all types of leave in accordance with legislation, including holiday pay.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of taxes and pension contributions.

Skills:

• Strong written knowledge (German language)
• German Payroll experience
• Strong excel skills
