German inside sales -Remote

We have an exciting fully remote German inside sales executive role for a company in Oxford. It’s a one-year fixed term contract (FTC) maternity cover following following up leads and expressions of interest from German businesses.

Working for an international company based in Oxford, You would be upselling business psychology tools and services used in HR, recruitment and training, This role is about collaborative sales and mutual benefit, definitely not cold calling or high-volume telesales

The Job

• Follow up and qualify leads to develop and manage a pipeline of quotes and prospects
• Proactively manage existing customers, maintain relationships and deal with queries
• Arrange regular online meetings with customers and prospects
• Analyse data to track buying behaviour, identify trends and large purchases or unusual behaviour
• Capture market and competitor intelligence
• Support client training and debt collection where appropriate
• Maintain customer and sales database.

The Person

You must:

• Be able to speak German to a very high level
• Have good English and a collaborative working style
• Have experience dealing with German businesses
• have proven sales or inside sales experience

Knowledge or experience of business psychology, psychometrics or HR would be helpful, but is not essential.

This role can be done from home, but you would need to be able to get to the office in Oxford for the induction and occasional meetings. You can be based in the UK or Germany for this role.
