Fluent German Credit Controller, £30,00-£35,000

Hybrid working after 3 months 

Are you a fluent in German and English? Are you able to communicate both orally and in wrtiing in German? Do you have a background in credit control, customer services or administratio ? If you are someone who has fluent German language skills and have experience in credit control or alternatively would like to begin a career in this field then this is a unique opportunity for you to join an impressive organisation. 

What will you be doing ? 

  • Chasing overdue payments on an ongoing basis.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Reconciling accounts and investigating customer queries.
  • Setting up payment plans and monitoring the progress.
  • Handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Solving disputes and conducting credit reviews.
  • Utilising collections systems to manage accounts.
  • Generating reports and analysing performance against targets.

What do you need to have: 

  • Extensive experience within Credit Control.
  • Fluent German, written and spoken.
  • Proficient IT skills, including spreadsheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to build relationships 
  • A customer-focused approach in resolving disputes.
