This is a leading real estate firm that primarily operates B2B, supporting a range of businesses and organisations across the UK. They are keen to best utilise GIS and Geospatial Analytics to drive business growth.

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?

As a Geospatial Data Scientist, your role will involve:

• Analysing data to understand population demographics and location success, and forecasting site viability for new locations
• Utilise advanced analytics and data science to drive decision making
• Generate actionable insights to maximise value from geospatial datasets
• Utilise web-scraping to gain greater insights on European investments
• Communicate key reports in Power BI and share insights to different business areas

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in GIS/geo-spatial analytics
• Commercial experience in Python for Geospatial work (ArcGIS, Arcpy, Geopandas)
• Data visualisation experience, preferably in Power BI, for reporting and dashboarding
• Great communicator, able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
