Are you a dynamic Geography Teacher on the lookout for a long-term position continuing until July?

Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our client secondary schools on the Wirral who are seeking a Geography Teacher for a long-term position due to start ASAP. This is a long-term, full-time position teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4. Our client school are seeking a Geography Teacher to teach until July. Pay for this position, depending on experience, is up to £211.96 per day.

The successful Geography Teacher will be joining a school who has delivered over 100 years of service to its local community. Our client aims to provide a learning environment that will enable all students to develop and become the best possible versions of themselves. Wanting all who attend, to become well rounded confident individuals who are well prepared for the next stages in their development.

Our client schools Geography department has an intent to provide all learners with the knowledge and understanding of the world around them by promoting a thirst for knowledge about the world we live in by creating a broad and engaging curriculum. At Key Stage 4, our client school teaches the Edexcel Geography GCSE.

To be considered for this Geography Teacher position the essentials are:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4
  • Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
  • Full and complete career history
  • Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
  • Legal right to work in the UK
